ok, a quick guide on how to upload a user created patch.
First of all, you need to make your patch... go on, have at it!
...
...
........
...your'e back? good!
now all you have to do is log into the forums, load up the correct sub-forum and upload your patch by attaching it to a forum post here at Voicelive Patches
to download and add a patch to your effects unit, just click an attachment here on the forums, save it to your computer and within the Voice support program, under the presets option, click "Import" and select the patch file that you downloaded. then just select which slot you want your patch to be added to and start import.
everyone bare in mind, this is a very fast and simple tutorial. if the need arises I will add a more comprehensive tutorial with pictures and maybe a video.

- now, attach your effects unit to your PC/Laptop via USB and open up TC-Helicon Voice Support.
- once you are all loaded and ready to go, click "Presets" at the top of the program and the click the big load button, this will load all of your presets onto the screen.
- now, find your created preset. lets imagine that mine was saved in slot 332.
- I scroll down and select slot 332
- now with that highlighted I select "export" along the menu bar at the top.
- I pick a location for my preset to be saved by pressing the Browse button and finding a location on my computer for my patch.
(usually its easiest to create a folder called patches so you dont get all confused) - after this you click the button that says "one file per preset"
- then press "start export"
